Accessibility Statement
StairAssist Walker, Inc. is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we think about the people we serve, many of whom live with mobility, vision, or other impairments.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Our site is partially conformant: some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to close those gaps.
What we are doing
We build our site with accessibility in mind. That includes clear page structure and landmarks so screen readers can navigate each page, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable color contrast, resizable text, and keyboard navigation for interactive elements. We review new pages as we build them and fix issues as we find them.
Known limitations
Some content is still being brought up to standard. If you run into a page or feature that is hard to use, please tell us using the contact details below. We will help you directly while we work on a fix.
Tell us about a problem

Compatibility
Our site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common assistive technologies. Older browsers may not support every feature.
