Every stair is done with a SAW Certified™ Caregiver, so we’ll qualify the user and certify the caregiver before we ship. It’s a few extra steps, and it’s the reason SAW gets used safely from day one.

What if SAW isn’t right for our situation?

The fit check comes first, before you pay anything. If SAW isn’t the right fit, you’ll know before the deposit, and you’re out nothing.

What if my caregiver doesn’t pass certification?

We schedule a consult to reassess, help you adjust, or arrange a professional caregiver. If it still isn’t a fit, your deposit is refunded on request.
